It is at Mt Elizabeth where the Munja Track, and the fun, began. The Munja Track is the only way for travellers to access the Walcott Inlet, on the Kimberley coast, from the Gibb River Road. Another track also runs from Charnley River Station, but this is no longer open to the public. Both tracks converge on Bachsten Bush Camp, which is very approximately half-way to the Walcott Inlet, and from there the Munja Track alone continues to the inlet.
Mt Elizabeth Station require payment of a $TBA fee, plus a $TBA refundable key deposit for the key to open the gate at the start, in order to use the Munja Track. This fee goes toward track and facilities maintenance. The Munja Track traverses station land, aboriginal land and Bachsten Bush Camp’s facilities, so care must be taken in knowing where certain activities, such as camping and four-wheel driving, can and cannot be done.
Warning you must be fully prepared for remote and Isolated 4WDing

Outback travel can be a very exciting adventure but it also can be very hazardous especially off road and in remote and isolated areas.
Your Outback trip should only be undertaken after lengthy and careful planning, plus having plenty of water, fuel, food, working communication devices etc
Understand the distances between fuel stops by ringing ahead and checking with the roadhouses, cattle stations and visitor centres - that what you want is at the next stop.
NEVER ASSUME!
Understand what is the best time of year to travel and what is not, understand your vehicle and its capabilities and how to repair it plus have spare tyres (Min 2 extra)
